Should any item prove to be
a fake or not as described it may be returned for a full refund
at any time - dependant on the item being returned in the same
condition as sold.
All work undertaken on any item is also guaranteed for six months.
However, the mainspring and timekeeping of any watch or movement
is not. Please remember that all antique and vintage watches
have been used and both wear and tear and original faults in
manufacture mean that many are incapable of keeping ‘quartz’
time.
That said, I have for many years worn, and run my business by,
a late 18th century verge. As long as I remember to wind it,
the watch has never let me down and only needs setting to the
correct time, usually a matter of five minutes or less, once
a week.
In the unlikely event (it has never happened) of an unresolved
dispute involving any item, it will be settled according to
English Law. |
